When will my order ship?

Same business day if placed before 2pm Pacific. You will get a tracking email the moment the carrier scans the parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — 38 countries. Duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.

Can I change my order?

Email us within two hours of ordering and we can usually amend it. After that the parcel is normally already labelled.

Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes. The wood is not.

What if something arrives broken?

Photograph the parcel and the item and email both to us. We ship a replacement the same day and you do not need to return the broken one.

Do you repair out-of-warranty items?

We repair anything we made, for as long as you own it. We charge postage and parts cost only.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, at checkout for $6. It is recycled kraft paper with a wax seal and a handwritten card.

Can I buy wholesale?

Email trade@example.com with your store name and location for the line sheet. Minimum order is 12 units.
