1. Agreement

By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable US sales tax where required. International duties are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not after we have accepted your order.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time of order. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. If you supply an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will re-ship at our standard rate.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product descriptions

Handmade goods vary. Dimensions, glaze and grain are indicative, not exact. Natural variation is not a defect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, product designs, and the Harbor & Pine name — is our property. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
